Bringing your baby into the world will be one of the most transformative moments of your life.
But it’s really normal to feel a bit (or very) nervous about what to expect, how you’re going to cope, and how it will all unfold.
Introducing..
The Birth Toolkit
Your one-stop-shop for everything you’ll need to know for your birth – it’s antenatal education, hypnobirthing & midwifery experience + expertise, combined into one.
You know you want to feel more confident, calm, and in control about your birth, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to begin.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information, consumed by the many negative birth stories you’ve heard, and unsure of what your options even are. Or maybe your previous birth didn’t go the way you’d hoped, leaving you feeling more anxious and worried this time around.
This is exactly why The Birth Toolkit exists. To break things down, help you unpick confusing medical jargon, and to give you simple + practical tools with which you can shape your birth experience for the better.
Created by Esme, a former NHS Midwife, it’s the course that bridges the gap between general antenatal birth prep and the real-life experience of having a baby within today’s maternity system. It will give you a real insight into how birth works, what your body needs, and how you can set yourself up to have an empowering and positive birth experience, whatever that looks like for you.

Meet Esme..
As a former NHS midwife, qualified hypnobirthing teacher, and mum of a gorgeous 2 year old, my knowledge and courses cover so much.
Before creating Birth With Esme, I spent years supporting 1000s of families across every birth setting – from high-risk obstetric units to homebirths in the community. That experience gave me a deeeep, real world understanding of how birth actually unfolds, the decisions us women are faced with, and the huge lack of realistic preparation & support there is for having a baby within the modern Maternity System.

Over time, it became clear to me just how powerful it is when women feel informed, prepared, and supported during pregnancy and birth. How your birth experience can be totally transformed when you know what your options are, what questions to ask, and how to stay in ‘the driving seat’ of your experience. Birth can be unpredictable, yes, and there are elements that will be out of your control, however, going into your birth with the knowledge, tools and confidence to navigate whatever path your pregnancy and birth may take IS the secret to a positive experience.
This is exactly what The Birth Toolkit will give you.
No fluff. No, ‘if you just breathe you’ll be fine’. Here you’ll get honestly. You’ll get realistic. And you’ll also gain a hugeeeee amount of confidence in your body, your instincts, and your ability to advocate for what YOU want.
